For any of our listings, below are our showing requirements:

• Prior to showing we ask that potential buyers and agents sign covid disclosure forms
• Seller should leave the home at least 10 minutes before buyer enters
• We ensure everything is clean
• All doorknobs are wiped
• All light switches are wiped and left on
• All closed doors are open
• No one will touch anything (Sellers will turn off lights when they return)
• We also provide gloves, masks, and sanitizers upon entry

For our Buyer Clients:
